Terms And Conditions
- Reservation must be made by electronic mail to info@phinisicruise.com or by Whatsapp to +62 82210131233 and must fill the dinner date, total guests and meals preference (selection of vegetarian or non-vegetarian).
Individual:
Full payment must be paid after the reservation is made.
Group:
- Deposit Payment ( 50 % ) must be received during 03 ( Three ) Days after submitted invoice, and if there is no Payment report - then Booking and Reservation will Automatically Release by System.
- Rest Payment ( 50% ) must be settled before operation or sailing departure date ( D Day ).
Cancelation Policy:
- Cancelation for either F.I.T or Group on maximum 9 days before the dinner date will be made into a voucher which will be valid for 6 months.
- Cancelation for either F.I.T or Group made after the stated period above will be applied cancelation fee as per following :

Other Condition:
- Transport service area only available on Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa area (minimum 2 persons)
- Dining table is arranged by The Phinisi Cruise.
Other Condition Of Payment
- Payment by Rupiah (IDR) must use www.klikbca.com exchange’s rate before the payment is made or you may ask our operator on the date of payment.
- For transfer fee/Bank admin fee should be paid by the customer.
- All the customers must follow ‘Phinisi Cruise’ Management terms and conditions for all the transactions.
- Phinisi Cruise will receive the NETT amount as stated on the invoice
FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS AND UNPREDICTABLE ACTS OF MAN
For reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disaster, epidemic etc) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc). Phinisi cruise reserves the right to cancel the trip and Phinisi cruise will notify you at the earliest possible date.
DAMAGE RESULTING INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, AND DAMAGE OR LOSS TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Phinisi assume no responsibility and offer no compensation for injury, death or damage occurred to the passengers or damage or loss to the passengers’ property during the cruise, that does not directly involve its staff.
