Terms And Conditions
- Reservation must be made by electronic mail to info@phinisicruise.com or by Whatsapp to +62 82210131233 and must fill the dinner date, total guests and meals preference (selection of vegetarian or non-vegetarian).
Individual:
Full payment must be paid after the reservation is made.
Group:
- 50% deposit must be paid within 3 days after the reservation is made. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically released.
- 50% balance payment should be settled on 7 days before the dinner date.
- Full payment is required at the time of reservation if the reservation is made less than 6 days prior to dinner date.
Cancellation Policy:
- The following are penalties terms for cancellation:
30 Days before dinner date | : | 25% from total invoice |
15 Days before dinner date | : | 50% from total invoice |
6 Days before dinner date | : | 75% from total invoice |
2 Days before dinner date | : | 100% from total invoice |
- Payment by Rupiah (IDR) must use www.klikbca.com exchange’s rate before the payment is made or you may ask our operator on the date of payment.
- For transfer fee/Bank admin fee should be paid by the customer.
- All the customers must follow ‘Phinisi Cruise’ Management terms and conditions for all the transactions.
- Phinisi Cruise will receive the NETT amount as stated on the invoice
FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS AND UNPREDICTABLE ACTS OF MAN
For reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disaster, epidemic etc) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc). Phinisi cruise reserves the right to cancel the trip and Phinisi cruise will notify you at the earliest possible date.
DAMAGE RESULTING INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, AND DAMAGE OR LOSS TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Phinisi assume no responsibility and offer no compensation for injury, death or damage occurred to the passengers or damage or loss to the passengers’ property during the cruise, that does not directly involve its staff.
